Holiday Notice

In observance of the Christmas season and the New Year,

our office will be closed on December 23 to 26, 2017 (Saturday to Tuesday)

and December 30, 2017 to January 1, 2018 (Saturday to Monday).

You may still inquire and place your orders online.

Orders placed on December 23 to 26, 2017 (Saturday to Tuesday)

will be processed on December 27, 2017 (Wednesday) already.
And, orders placed on December 30, 2017 to January 1, 2018 (Saturday to Monday)

will be processed on January 2, 2018 (Tuesday) already.

We only accept return of products under the following conditions:

  1. Should return the products within 30 days from date of purchase. Items bought on sale CANNOT be returned.
  2. Should be unopened box (box sealed). For the opened products, you may opt to return it and we will donate to the less fortunate. But we cannot refund opened products.
  3. The product/s should have been purchased directly from Green & Gold International Exports. Placed order thru one of our listed distributors or directly thru our web order site or via phone line.
  4. Customers shall be responsible for all return shipping charges.
  5. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  6. Bank charges and company subsidized shipping cost (sending to and returns - if any) will be deducted.
  7. Returning duties and taxes that maybe incurred will be deducted from the refund.
  8. Refusal of Shipment. If you made a legitimate order and then changed your mind and refused the package, we will not issue a refund. You will be charged to have your product reshipped back to you. If you do not supply a correct address, you will be charged the full amount for a shipping adjustment or your package will be on hold awaiting further instructions from you, but we will not refund your merchandise.
